Gorgeous turn of the century Valentine's Day greeting card booklet. This small book is two pages long and contains an colored image of a Colonial couple of the first page and holiday love poem on the second. The front cover is printed with an image of three Georgian ladies attending a ball, while the back cover is blank. This is a beautiful and unusual Valentine printed on a medium weight cardstock with embossing throughout.
This piece is in fair to good condition for its age. Although there are no major tears or damage, the spine of the card has broken apart from the bottom to right about the middle. The item is in tact and will stay so, but must be handled carefully. The outer die-cut edges of the card have also experienced some damage over time and some sections are more secure than others. Overall, this is a fantastic collector's piece, perfect to add some color and charm to your holiday.
