Title: Seidan Wakasui Parts 7, 8, & 9 (清談和歌翠巻)
Publication Year: Unknown, circa mid 1800s
Size: 7 x 4.5 inches
Condition: One string loose in the binding, the book is in excellent shape otherwise.
This pocket sized book contains parts 7, 8, and 9 of Seidan Wakasui, a novel containing multiple illustrations of Japanese women in traditional dress and samurai.
Japanese books are read right to left (instead of left to right) and are bound on the right side, contrary to those in Western languages. The pages may be double layered, and care must be taken to ensure that they do not separate when flipping through. The book must be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of bugs.
A Certificate of Authenticity accompanies this item.
